Processing Time
We offer both ready-to-ship items and products handcrafted to order:

• Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatched within 1–3 business days.
• Made-to-Order & Personalized Items: Handcrafted, carefully inspected, and packed within 3–7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times
We ship worldwide. Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 7–21 business days
• Europe: 10–21 business days
• Rest of the World: 14–21 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, weather conditions, or postal service delays.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
We aim to make your delivery experience as smooth as possible. However, customs regulations vary significantly by country:

• United States: All orders shipped to the US are delivered Duty Paid (DDP). We cover all applicable import duties and customs fees on our end. The price you see at checkout is final, and you will not have to pay anything upon arrival.
• European Union (EU): Orders shipped to the EU are delivered on a DAP (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Shipments may be subject to local VAT, customs duties, or handling fees upon arrival. These charges are set by your destination country's customs authority and are the buyer's sole responsibility upon delivery.
• United Kingdom (UK): Due to post-Brexit regulations, shipments to the UK may be subject to local VAT, customs duties, or handling fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by UK customs and are the sole responsibility of the buyer upon delivery.
• Rest of the World: For all other international destinations, buyers are responsible for any local customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees that may apply in their destination country.

Please note: While we ensure all shipping documentation is completed perfectly to minimize delays, we cannot control or be held responsible for transit delays caused by local customs clearance processes.
