Processing Time

We offer both ready-to-ship items and products handcrafted to order.

- Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatched within 1–3 business days.

- Made-to-Order & Personalized Items: Handcrafted, carefully inspected, and packed within 3–7 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.

We ship worldwide.

Shipping options and rates may vary depending on the destination country and order details. Available shipping options and the exact shipping cost for your order are shown at checkout before payment.

Shipping Rates

USA & Europe:

Standard Shipping (Tracked) based on shipment weight:

  • Up to 0.19 kg: $12.00

  • 0.2 kg and above: $16.00

  • Orders of $100.00 or more: Free Shipping

Rest of the World:

Standard International Shipping: $20.00

  • Orders of $100.00 or more: Free Shipping

Ukraine:

Nova Poshta delivery (shipping costs paid by the recipient upon delivery according to the carrier's rates).

The shipping rates above apply to the respective shipping zones currently available at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

- United States: 7–21 business days

- Europe: 7–21 business days

- Rest of the World: 7–24 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, public holidays, weather conditions, or delays by the postal or courier service.

Please note that the processing time listed above is additional to the estimated shipping time.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Customs regulations, import duties, taxes, and other fees vary by destination country.

United States

Orders shipped to the United States are sent on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.

We cover applicable import duties and customs fees on our end. The price shown at checkout is final, and you will not be required to pay additional import duties or customs fees upon delivery.

European Union (EU)

Orders shipped to the European Union are sent on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis.

Depending on the destination country and applicable regulations, shipments may be subject to local VAT, customs duties, or handling fees upon arrival.

Any such charges imposed by the destination country's authorities are the buyer's responsibility.

United Kingdom (UK)

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to local VAT, customs duties, or handling fees upon arrival.

Any such charges imposed by UK customs or tax authorities are the buyer's responsibility.

Rest of the World

For other international destinations, buyers may be responsible for local customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges that may apply in their destination country.

Please check your country's applicable customs and import regulations before placing an international order.

While we ensure that required shipping documentation is completed accurately, we cannot control or be held responsible for delays caused by local customs clearance.

Order Tracking

All Standard Shipping orders are sent with tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided when available. You can use the tracking number to follow your shipment through the carrier's tracking system.
